I'm not going to lie- at launch, I thought Bill Swan was joking when he referred to peanut butter as "liquid gold." Let me just tell ya'll- He ain't lying. We've been gone but two weeks and three days ago, I spent a solid hour thinking of perfect adjectives for those little Jiff to-go containers and kicking myself in the butt for not bringing a million of them in a secondary pack with me for this trip. Then the good Lord answered my prayers the following day. Grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner. AND if anyone is still hungry, PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICHES. Praise Jesus. I know this blog is short but I just wanted everyone in America to please go grab your peanut butter jar and a spoon. Scoop a good helping onto that spoon and enjoy in the liquid gold beauty that is peanut butter.

I've been slightly concerned with writing short blogs. Then I remembered a little saying that my best friend Logan uses often. "Quality over Quantity." And this blog contains a lot of quality.
